According to US Weekly, “Emoji Movie” will center on a slew of characters based on the emojis typically used when sending text messages. Other cast members include T.J. Miller, Patrick Stewart, Maya Rudolph, Anna Faris, James Corden and Rob Riggle. “Emoji Movie” is directed by Tony Leondis, and is slated to hit theaters in the United States on July 28.

Meanwhile, prior to the movie’s release, Vergara has to face her ex-partner, Nick Loeb’s, allegations regarding the latter’s contract and fraud lawsuit. According to the Daily Mail, Loeb accused Vergara of violating his First Amendment rights by refusing to give him the frozen embryos they made together years ago. Loeb wants both embryos to grow to term, but Vergara, who is now married to Joe Manganiello, wants to keep it frozen.

Loeb and Vergara’s legal battle started in 2014, and it is still ongoing. Next month, the former is expected to appear in a court in Los Angeles. Loeb has been establishing his argument by saying that Vergara is trying to punish his attempts at becoming a father.

In the past, Vergara has already fought against Loeb’s claims by saying that they signed a conract that states they could not grow the embryos to term without the other party. Last year, Loeb dropped the original lawsuit that he filed after the court demanded that he release the names of his two ex-girlfriends who got an abortion.
