Holly Robinson Peete and Rick Fox are back for “Morning Show Mysteries: Death by Design,” the fifth installment in the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries series. The flick premieres Sunday and is the last of the April back-to-back-to-back Sunday premieres of “Morning Show Mysteries” movies.

Al Roker, who co-wrote the “Morning Show Murders” novels that the HMM franchise is based on, will guest star in the new film.

Here’s what else fans can expect from “Morning Show Mysteries: Death by Design”:

“Restauranteur and TV chef Billie Blessings (Robinson Peete) and detective Ian Jackson (Fox) work together to solve the murder of Billie’s childhood best friend’s identical twin sister (Keegan Connor Tracy),” the synopsis reveals. “With the evidence pointing towards her beloved friend, Billie must sort through the dead woman’s entire circle of friends – and enemies – in the hope of proving her friend’s innocence.”

The film was directed by Kevin Fair, and its teleplay was written by Amber Benson.
