A record 18 games have been decided by three points or fewer in the first three weeks of the 2022 NFL season. The NFL Week 4 lines reflect that level of parity: only four teams are favored by four points or more.

The Green Bay Packers are favored by 9.5 points against the visiting New England Patriots, who may be without quarterback Mac Jones. Jones suffered a high-ankle sprain at the end of a losing effort against the Baltimore Ravens Sunday.

Philadelphia Eagles are favored by a touchdown at home against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who have pulled off two-straight upsets. Philadelphia has played like the NFC's best team, going 3-0 with the league's No. 1 ranked offense.

The Los Angeles Chargers are the biggest Week 4 road favorites after losing 38-10 to the Jaguars. The Detroit Lions are 6.5-point favorites against visiting Seattle.

The odds suggest that every primetime game in Week 4 will be competitive. The combined lines for "Thursday Night Football," "Sunday Night Football" and "Monday Night Football" are 6.5 points. The undefeated Miami Dolphins are three-point underdogs against the Cincinnati Bengals to start Week 4.

The Buffalo Bills are favored by a field goal against the Baltimore Ravens in arguably the best game of the Week 4. Quarterbacks Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson are two of the top four MVP candidates.

Patrick Mahomes has the second-shortest MVP odds. Mahomes and the Chiefs are 3-point favorites on the road against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday night.
