“Henry Danger” actor Jace Norman stars in Nickelodeon’s new TV movie, “Bixler High Private Eye,” Monday night.

The teen detective flick, which also stars Ariel Martin AKA social media star Baby Ariel, follows Xander DeWitt (Norman), a high-schooler with a knack for solving mysteries, as he tries to find his father with the help of his new friend, Kenzie Messina (Martin).

“Xander’s sleuthing skills get put to the test when his dad, Russell, leaves for work one day and vanishes without a trace,” the synopsis reveals. “Frustrated by his attempts to find his dad, Xander’s mom sends him to go live with his grandfather (Ed Begley Jr.), a retired private investigator. It’s in his dad’s hometown that Xander finds a surprising lead in the case and builds an unexpected partnership with Kenzie Messina, an investigative reporter for the school newspaper.”

Norman’s last Nickelodeon movie was 2018’s “Blurt” with Daniella Perkins and JoJo Siwa, while this will be Martin’s first film on the network. Aside from working on music, writing and social media, she was also on the YouTube shows, “Baby Doll Records” and “Chicken Girls,” and episodes of “Henry Danger” and “Bizaardvark.”

Along with the starring in “Bixler High Private Eye,” Norman, who co-founded influencer marketing agency Creator Edge Media, is also an executive producer on the movie. Scott Norman, Rene Rigal and Tobin Armbrust are also executive producers.

Greg Sills produced the film, while Leslie Kolins Small directed it from a script by Christopher Baldi, Danny Kallis and Michele Wolff.

See Norman and Baby Ariel solve the case when “Bixler High Private Eye” premieres on Monday at 7 p.m. EST on Nickelodeon.
