Pregnant YouTube star Nicole Thea died Saturday, July 11, morning, at the age of 24.

Thea’s family confirmed her demise and said her unborn child also died. She was expecting a baby boy with boyfriend Global Boga and they were planning to name the baby Reign.

"To all Nicole’s friends and supporters it is with great sadness that I have to inform you that Nicole and her son she and Boga named Reign sadly passed away on Saturday morning," Thea’s family wrote on Instagram.

"As a family we ask that you give us privacy because our hearts are truly broken and we are struggling to cope with what has happened. Thank you her mum RIP My beautiful baby girl Nicnac and my grandson Reign, I will miss you for the rest of my life until we meet again in eternal heaven,” the Instagram post continued.

Though the cause of death was not known, the family confirmed that Thea had pre-scheduled a few YouTube videos and that they had decided to “allow them to be aired.”

Her followers immediately took to the comments section to mourn her death.

“Nicole, I would always love you. I’m so sorry baby. I’m so sorry,” wrote U.K.-based lifestyle creator Chanel Ambrose.

“Devastating. I’m so sorry. Rest in perfect peace Nicole & Reign,” wrote talk show host Desthy Dee.

Thea had announced her pregnancy in April with a heart-touching Instagram post.

“We can’t hide this any longer, secrets out.. GOD gave us the biggest blessing yet. I’m finally creating a beautiful little human inside of me. Can’t believe this bubba will behalf of me and half of the loml. Honestly, Global Boga has been the best support EVER and GOD made no mistakes making him the father. We are already obsessed with you our little miracle baby. Thank you for choosing us to be your parents and best friends. Mummy and Daddy can’t wait to love, hold and cherish you for ever and ever,” she had written.

Following the announcement, Thea was very active on social media and posted several photos on her Instagram page, showing off her baby bump. Thea’s most recent YouTube video showed her posing for a pregnancy photoshoot. The 14-minute video showed her taking a milk bath.
