OnePlus could release the OnePlus 7T in the U.S. market on October 15 as per the company CEO hint.

Pete Lau, OnePlus Chief Executive Officer may have just confirmed that the OnePlus 7T will be out in the U.S. market on October 15. Although the company’s CEO did not mention any specific date on OnePlus’ next flagship phone release, a statement he recently released could be a hint that the news currently spreading the internet is true.

In an interview, Pete Lau confirmed that the company will be launching its second 2019 5G phone in the last quarter of this year. He further declared that the said launch will be available not only in one country but will be sold globally.

Lau did not specify that their next release will be named the OnePlus 7T or 7T Pro however, his statement brings substance to the rumors following the Twitter updates from two known leakers. Both tweets seemed to be confirming that the OnePlus 7T or 7T Pro will be out in the US market on October 15.

Max J with Twitter handler @Samsung_News posted a status update on Monday saying 26th September India Launch, 10th October US/EU Launch and 15th October Sale. He did not mention that he was referring to the OnePlus 7T or 7T Pro release date, but followers began labeling each date as the company’s flagship phone release dates.

On the other hand, a Twitter status update posted by another known leaker could give another interpretation to the OnePlus September scheduled event. According to a Twitter post by Ishan Agarwal with Twitter handler @ishanagarwal24, an anonymous reliable source hints that OnePlus plans to launch its own TV series between the 25th and the 30th of September.

If the second leaker’s hint is true then Max J’s leak could mean that September 26 is the OnePlus TV series release date. OnePlus 7T or 7T Pro could have its US and EU launch on October 10 and will be available in the market by October 15.

If the OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro release rumors will be proven true, then this year’s flagship phone release will come a bit earlier than last year’s last quarter release. OnePlus 6T launched on October 30 last year and was available in the market by November 1.
