The cat is finally out of the bag. Pete Davidson and Margaret Qualley have just confirmed the status of their relationship during their recent outing in Venice.

On Monday, the “Saturday Night Live” cast member and the daughter of actress Andie MacDowell were photographed by the paparazzi as they were holding hands while gallivanting around the beautiful Italian city.

For the outing, the couple opted to keep it casual. The 24-year-old actress wore a peach tank dress and a pair of flats. On the other hand, the 25-year-old stand-up comedian rocked a graphic t-shirt, blue and silver shorts, a baseball cap, sunglasses and white trainers.

For the most part of their outing, the lovers held each other’s hands. But there were moments when Margaret appeared to be entertaining some text messages in her phone as Pete focused on their sightseeing trip.

Davidson and Qualley made headlines Sunday evening after they were snapped leaving a hotel in Venice together for what seemed to be a date night for the couple. At the time, the actress sported a black blazer-style mini dress and silver heels. Meanwhile, the funnyman wore a dark-blue button-up shirt and black slacks.

Last Friday, Qualley was spotted at the premiere of her new movie, “Seberg,” at the Venice Film Festival. She was sitting beside her co-actor, Anthony Mackie, at the event. Interestingly, Davidson was seated just behind her.

Pete and Margaret have been sparking romance rumors, but the both of them have yet to respond to the speculations. Based on their latest outing, however, it’s clear that the two are already an item like what Page Six claimed over the weekend.

It’s also worth noting that the pair actually arrived at the Marco Polo Airport in Venice together last week. A source told E! News that Davidson and Qualley didn’t hesitate to talk to a fan who approached them for photos after they got their bags at the airport.

Prior to Qualley, Davidson was in a highly publicized romance with 46-year-old actress Kate Beckinsale. Their relationship raised a lot of eyebrows due to their 20-year age difference, but at the time Pete addressed the issue saying it didn’t bother them at all.
