OCZ Technology Group, Green Dot, Exelixis, Mellanox Technologies, Nokia Corp, Synacor, Microsoft Corp, Statoil ASA and JPMorgan Chase & Co are among the companies whose shares are moving in pre-market trading Monday.

OCZ Technology Group Inc. (OCZ) stock climbed 18.64 percent to $8.40 in pre-market trading. The company stock rallied more than 30 percent Friday on rumors that it would be acquired by Seagate Technology.

Green Dot Corp. (GDOT) stock surged 4.97 percent to $9.51 in pre-market trading. The company stock slumped 61 percent in regular trading Friday after lowering its fiscal 2012 earnings guidance. Green Dot expects that its fiscal 2012 adjusted net profit will be in the range of $1.29 to $1.32 per share on revenues of $534 to $543 million, down from its prior estimate of $1.65 to $1.70 per share on adjusted revenue of $582 to $601 million. The company stock was also downgraded to "hold" from a "buy" rating at Deutsche Bank and Jefferies Group.

Exelixis Inc. (EXEL) stock surged 3.44 percent to $6.62 in pre-market trading. The company announced Monday that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had accepted for filing the New Drug Application (NDA) for cabozantinib as a treatment for patients with progressive, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic medullary thyroid cancer (MTC).

Mellanox Technologies Ltd. (MLNX) stock advanced 2.57 percent to $106.59 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $25.81, a 52-week high of $105.70 and $4.21 billion in market capitalization.

Nokia Corp. (NOK) stock gained 2.84 percent to $2.17 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.63, a 52-week high of $7.38 and $7.90 billion in market capitalization.

Synacor Inc. (SYNC) stock advanced 2.12 percent to $10.10 in pre-market trading. The company stock slumped more than 20 percent last week as its third-quarter revenue guidance fell short of expectations.

Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) stock rose 1.09 percent to $30.08 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $23.79, a 52-week high of $32.95 and $249.38 billion in market capitalization.

Statoil ASA (STO) stock fell 1.15 percent to $24.00 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $20.12, a 52-week high of $28.95 and $77.42 billion in market capitalization.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) stock fell 1.03 percent to $36.51 in pre-market trading. The company stock was downgraded to "hold" rating from "buy" rating at Deutsche Bank.
