Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have received numerous criticisms after they announced their decision to ditch the royal life for good in exchange for more private life in Vancouver Island in Canada. Reports have it that most members of the royal family were shocked after learning about the Sussex couple’s declaration. Aside from Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles and Prince William were among those who got incredibly disappointed with the parents of Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor.

More than two months since Meghan and Prince Harry publicized their bombshell exit, the entire royal family is, allegedly, still in a state of shock. Woman’s Day New Zealand reported that things exacerbated due to the Duke of Sussex’s apparent disregard for his loved ones. Senior members of the royal family, according to the report, have started believing that Meghan has something to do with it.

“William and Charles have even suggested that Meghan has been brainwashing him – it’s as if he’s a completely different person to the warmhearted Harry he used to be. They feel he’s been overcome with anger, bitterness, and aggression. No-one can quite believe how quickly he’s turned and how poorly he’s behaved,” a source told the publication.

“The Queen is feeling it more than anyone else. She feels as if their special bond has been broken and she’s been suffering from untold emotional stress. Harry’s barely even been in touch with her since moving to Canada and has broken all the promises he made to stay in contact,” it went on.

The same informant claimed that Prince Harry defended himself during his one-on-one meeting with Queen Elizabeth earlier this week. The husband of Meghan Markle, allegedly, told Her Majesty that he is torn between his family and his feelings about their current situation. The Queen, reportedly, told Prince Charles and Prince William that Harry appeared to be under some kind of spell and was not happy at all.

Both Meghan and Prince Harry have yet to comment on these claims. However, with Woman’s Day’s history of making stories based on the statements of its anonymous and fly-by-night sources, this could just be another fabricated report waiting to be debunked. Hence, avid followers of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should take these speculations lightly until everything is proven true and correct.

Meanwhile, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were, reportedly, booed when they attended the annual Endeavour Fund Awards at Mansion House in London on Thursday night, per Mirror UK. However, the couple failed to acknowledge the bad reception and continued smiling from ear to ear as they stepped out of their official car.
