  • Princess Beatrice has, reportedly, accepted the reality that her wedding would not be happening
  • Edoardo Mapelli-Mozzi, allegedly, called off his honeymoon plans with Princess Beatrice because of the coronavirus pandemic
  • Sarah Ferguson and Princess Eugenie are, reportedly, trying to make things work out for Princess Beatrice

Many followers of the royal family expressed concerns when it was reported that Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli-Mozzi’s upcoming wedding is very much likely to be pushed to a later date due to the coronavirus pandemic. Most, if not all, are aware that the World Health Organization (WHO) discouraged the public from holding events that would involve a big crowd to avoid the spread of the fatal virus.

Recently, Woman’s Day New Zealand, in its March 30, 2020 issue, reported that Prince Beatrice had a breakdown before she decided to call off her wedding with Edoardo. The daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson was, allegedly, devastated by all the issues that overshadowed her forthcoming big day, including the alleged involvement of her father to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal and the shocking royal exit of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

“With the Queen and most of the older members of the royal family being quarantined for the next few months, and all major events across the UK being cancelled, Beatrice has accepted the reality that her wedding as she planned it wouldn’t be happening. First she and Edo had talked about eloping, but with the world in lockdown, that’s off the cards. She’s in tears constantly and feels like this wedding’s jinxed,” a royal insider told the entertainment news publication.

“Fergie and Eugenie are doing everything they can to try and make things work out for Beatrice. They’ve begged her not to cancel the wedding completely, but she’s told pals she’ll most likely reschedule until next year. Beatrice is trying to make light of her heartbreak by saying they’ll make up for everything with the biggest party ever when it does finally happen!” it went on.

The informant added that Princess Eugenie was, also, forced to cancel an event she organized for Princess Beatrice in Barcelona due to travel restrictions. Edoardo Mapelli-Mozzi, for his part, has, reportedly, decided to call off his honeymoon plans in Japan, which he had arranged secretly as a surprise for Prince William and Prince Harry’s cousin.

While these reports could be true, it should be noted that neither Princess Beatrice nor Edoardo Mapelli-Mozzi has confirmed anything as of yet. Also, with Woman’s Day’s reputation for publishing articles based on the accounts of its unreliable and unknown sources, this could be another baseless claim waiting to be debunked. So, devoted supporters of the couple should take these rumors lightly until everything is proven true and correct.

Meanwhile, Edoardo was, recently, spotted with his ex-ladylove, Dara Huang, in West London. Daily Mail reported that Princess Beatrice’s fiancé ad the architect organized the care of their son, Wolfie, amid the perils posed by the deadly COVID-19 outbreak. Last month, Edoardo Mapelli-Mozzi and Princess Eugenie’s sister revealed they asked Wolfie to be the best man at their wedding.
