Princess Beatrice is reportedly breaking royal protocols for her wedding.

For months, there have been rumors claiming that Princess Beatrice will be announcing her engagement to boyfriend Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi soon. The palace has not confirmed it yet, but there are already speculations about her royal wedding.

According to New Idea, Princess Eugenie’s sister has been telling her friends about her wedding already. And she has already decided where the destination will be.

“They’ve decided to elope and wed in Italy, sending ‘save the dates’ to close friends and family to let them know the plans and start arranging flights ahead of their big day,” a royal insider revealed.

“They’re going all-out to make it the showbiz wedding of the century – with Beatrice saying that while they may be shunning the royal traditions and going against protocol, it won’t be any less regal or lavish.”

In another report, a different insider claimed that Princess Beatrice has decided to ban her father, Prince Andrew, from her big day. The princess reportedly wanted the event to be devoid of drama. At present, the Duke of York has been receiving intense backlash due to his connection with Jeffrey Epstein.

However, one should take the report with a grain of salt as the Yorks are very close and it’s unlikely for Princess Beatrice to snub her father in a very special event of her life. As for the “elope” report, a tipster said earlier that Princess Beatrice is desperate to get married and get pregnant as soon as possible.

Princess Eugenie’s sister allegedly does’t care if she’s pregnant when she walks down the aisle even if it would be heavily frowned upon by the senior royals. The source added that it could be a “royal shotgun wedding.”

Princess Beatrice reportedly felt left behind because her younger sister, Princess Eugenie, is already married. Many are even waiting for Princess Eugenie’s baby announcement. Their cousins Prince William and Prince Harry have also started their own families. The Duke of Cambridge has three kids with Kate Middleton already. Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just welcomed their firstborn in May.
