Princess Diana is very supportive of Prince Harry including his sweet tooth.

When the Duke of Sussex was still a kid, he loved to munch on treacle tart for breakfast. According to Carolyn Robb, 53, who used to work as Princess Diana’s personal chef, Prince Harry once came into the kitchen at Kensington Palace before breakfast to ask for his favorite treat. However, she didn’t give him what he wanted and instead asked the little prince to get permission from his mom.

“So off he went, scampering back a few minutes later with a note Diana had written: ‘Mummy says it’s okay’,” Robb told The Sunday Times.

Although some children might forge their parents’ note, Prince Harry didn’t do the same. Robb recognized Princess Diana’s handwriting and she knew that Prince Harry charmed his mother to give into his sweet tooth.

According to Robb, Princess Diana was “very easy to cook for and loved simple things” like cold minted, salads, soufflés, stuffed aubergine. On the other hand, Prince Charles is more demanding when it comes to food.

“Everything was based on what was in season in the garden ... you wouldn’t dare serve asparagus in December,” Robb said.

Following Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s split, Robb became closer to Prince Harry and Prince William. She would stay in the kitchen with them and they would chat and have fun while she made special treats for them.

When the Duke of Cambridge and Duke of Sussex went to Eton, they already cooked their own meals. Prince William and Prince Harry would reportedly come home on Sundays and ask for recipes for spaghetti bolognese and chicken kiev.

As of late, there are rumors that Prince Harry and Prince William are feuding. The Prince and Princess of Wales’ children just stepped out with Prince Charles when they attended the premiere of Sir David Attenborough’s new Netflix documentary. However, their “serious falling-out” was very obvious. They didn’t make any effort to conceal it based on their body language.

Nicole Cliffe shared her personal take about the royal brothers’ feud and she believed that it was due to Prince Williams’ alleged affair and had nothing to do with Meghan Markle. She added that Prince William probably told Prince Harry about the cheating rumors and the latter didn’t like it.
