Princess Diana’s thoughts were reportedly consumed by her former lover, Oliver Hoare, who passed away earlier this week.

The late Princess of Wales and Hoare had an affair while both of them were still married to their respective partners. Amy Jones, a journalist for The Sun, said that Princess Diana was once spotted leaving Kensington Palace in her diamond earrings, fur coat, and high heels. It was later on revealed that she met Hoare that time.

Ken Wharfe, the princess’ former royal protection officer, said that Princess Diana relied on Hoare at a difficult time in her life.

“She needed him at every conceivable moment. She confided to me that he was the first man who had ever aroused her physically. That admission did much to explain the humiliating events that followed,” he said.

The former royal staff also said that Princess Diana fell in love with Hoare for his sophisticated and charming demeanor. The mom of two also confessed to her friend, Lady Bowker, that she daydreamed of living in Italy with “handsome Hoare.”

In related news, Princess Diana and Hoare were also involved in a massive controversy years ago. Prince Charles’ wife reportedly called Hoare nonstop, and it caused problems with his marriage. Princess Diana admitted to calling Hoare multiple times within the span of six to nine months, but she said that she never rang him up excessively.

Lady Colin Campbell, the author of “The Real Diana,” said that the princess relied on Hoare for emotional support during a difficult time in her life. It was believed that Princess Diana got pregnant, but she was forced to get an abortion. Campbell said that Princess Diana may have been pregnant with a girl. The alleged unborn baby’s dad was never named.

However, the princess’ long-time friend, Vivienne Parry, denied that Princess Diana got pregnant and aborted the baby thereafter. “There’s no credibility to these claims whatsoever,” she said.

Princess Diana will no longer be able to share the truth about the matter since she passed away 21 years ago following a fatal car crash in Paris.
