Queen Letizia off Spain recycled her designer outfit for the fourth time when she attended the Forum Against Cancer at the Telefonica Foundation in Madrid. The 43-year-old royal wore the outfit thrice before at events once in 2014 and twice in 2015 – July and December.

Letizia looked stunning in a black and white striped pencil skirt, which she paired with a white top. She covered up in one of her favorite jacket, which was tailor made for her. Her complete outfit is by German luxe fashion house Hugo Boss.

The mother-of-two’s Vapina striped skirt featured abstract stripes and a slit at the back. The fitted skirt and her jacket are already sold out in Nordstrom. Letizia paired it with her black jacket which featured long sleeves.

She showed off her long and toned pins in the skirt and her svelte frame, which perfectly complimented her dress. Letizia accessorized her look with pearl drop earrings, a black clutch bag in an unusual shape, which she has been spotted carrying on several other occasions. The Spanish royal completed her look in a pair of black high heels.

Letizia’s flawless make-up for the engagement consisted of natural tones. She wore some black mascara, eyeliner and a slick of glossy brown lipstick. Her short tresses were left loose over her shoulder in a perfect blow dry. She kept her hair side parted and tucked behind her ears.

The last time Letizia sported exactly the same outfit was at the Justice and Disability Forum awards in Madrid in December. This time the only difference was her hair which was much shorter and kept tousled and in curls.

The Spanish royal family is going through a rough patch as Princess Cristina is facing trial on charges of fraud.
