They’re back! “The Real Housewives of New York City” returns to Bravo on Wednesday for Season 9 and this installment will be unlike any other.

How so? According to “RHONY” star Dorinda Medley, Season 9 will be all about healing. The ladies will repair broken friendships, spark up new ones and more. She’s promised more unity among the “RHONY” cast, which viewers should find refreshing.

“This season...people reconcile the relationships that maybe went wrong last year. New friendships are made, and it’s not such a bifurcated group. Last year, I felt like there was Team A and Team B and if you were Team B, you couldn’t be friends with Team A. You’re going to see a lot more crossover and much more interaction with people you wouldn’t expect,” Dorinda told E! Online.

Don’t take that as a sign that there won’t be drama, though. Dorinda and “RHONY” co-star Sonja Morgan will have it out in Season 9. When asked about their feud, Dorinda told E! that she simply couldn’t take Sonja’s gossiping any longer.

“She just sort of consistently went behind my back to other people, to other sources, and was just saying dreadful things about me again,” she said. “My whole thing is: Say it to me. Don’t say it about me. You want to say it? Don’t be a coward and run to anyone that’ll listen.”

What else is in store for Season 9 of “RHONY”? Here’s what we know so far:

There’s A New Housewife On The Show

Tinsley Mortimer joins the “RHONY” cast in Season 9. She’s new to the show, but some viewers may recognize her name. She’s had a few run-ins with the law, which you’ll learn more about when the show premieres.

The Show’s Going To Get Political

Carole Radziwill has been outspoken in her opposition of Donald J. Trump since the presidential race kicked off. That’ll spill over into Season 9 of “RHONY.” Talking with the Huffington Post, Carole said her interest in politics stems from her past as a journalist.

“From early on, I followed the primary campaign. I was vocal about it on social media way before we started filming. It’s a part of my life. As a journalist, you have to seem quite neutral openly. Now I could voice my opinion,” she said. “... That’s who I am and I’m not going to pretend I care more about the guest list for Luann [de Lesseps’] wedding more than who is going to be the president of the United States.”

There’s Going To Be Fighting

Ramona Singer, who has been on “RHONY” since Season 1, told E! viewers should expect some major blowouts. She and Bethenny Frankel have an especially ugly fight. It was so bad, in fact, that Ramona said she felt “tortured.”

“Well, Bethenny and I have probably the most...explosive fight ever,” she said. “I never, ever in my life had a situation with that with any girlfriend...it kind of tortured my soul a little bit and you’ll have to see what happened. It was pretty crazy. Pretty crazy.”

LuAnn And Bethenny Are Still At Odds

LuAnn and Bethenny fell out in “RHONY” Season 8 after the Skinnygirl Cocktails CEO approached her co-star with claims her fiancé was cheating on her. Those issues will spill over into Season 9, but LuAnn thinks there’s more to their feud.

“I felt bad for her because she was crying, really, for herself,” she said, according to People. “I don’t think it was really about me. She had a troubled marriage, got divorced, had a problem getting divorced. I think she was projecting, and she just started crying.”

LuAnn Still Doesn’t Believe Tom D’Agostino Cheated

During the same Access Hollywood interview, LuAnn addressed the infamous kissing photo of Tom and another woman. She chalked the chatter up to a lack of good buzz, saying, “They’ve got nothing to talk about but Tom and I...Tom is a wonderful, wonderful man and I’m a lucky woman.”
