The deep roster of Real Madrid is looking to improve as loanee Oscar Rodriguez may find his way back to Santiago Bernabeu to play for Zinedine Zidane. The young Spaniard has developed into a rising star that has also garnered interest from several clubs such as AC Milan and Villarreal.

With Rodriguez being on loan to CD Leganes, the 22-year-old has had a big jump in his development as a player. Throughout 63 appearances for Leganes, he’s tallied 13 goals and coupled it with six assists. The manner he moves on the field is considered phenomenal, as he’s able to combine his speed and strength whenever he’s on the field. Whether it’s outsmarting the defenders or finding the right play, Rodriguez has made huge strides in terms of his improvement.

Having someone of Rodriguez’s potential will be crucial for Zidane as the team is aiming to continue their dominance on the pitch. The addition of Rodriguez’s energy that coming off the bench may be a strong asset for Real Madrid in the years to come.

There’s no question that the talent and potential of Rodriguez are noteworthy, as other clubs have scouted the attacking midfielder’s strengths. Per The Real Champs, Rodriguez has gained the attention of AC Milan and Villarreal and could cost them at least $24 million. This shows the value of what Rodriguez brings as he’s shown to be a cerebral player. With a passing success rate of 73.9% throughout 30 La Liga appearances, he was also named man of the match on four separate occasions.

Currently, Real Madrid is busy with the La Liga season as they are on top of the team standings with 77 points. They hold the record of 23 wins, eight draws and three losses. With Barcelona trailing them with 76 points, Los Blancos must do what they can to pull away as the top seed.

It will be vital to see how Real Madrid moves forward with their lineup. Expectations are high for the organization and it will be interesting to see if Rodriguez will find his way back to Real Madrid and continue his development as a prized player.
