Andrew Garfield's alleged romance with Rita Ora is making ex-girlfriend Emma Stone unhappy, a new report "falsely" claimed. Garfield and Ora's dating rumors surfaced last month but the duo is yet to confirm their relationship.

A new report by NW magazine, citing a source, claimed that “Rita let slip to pals about her brewing romance about a month ago. But in recent days things have started to heat up and she says what they have is the real deal.”

The magazine's source also said Stone, who was dating Garfield earlier, didn't quite take the news well as she was hoping to reconcile with her ex.

“The thought of Rita getting her claws into Andrew is so hard for Emma to take,” the unreliable source claimed. “She never thought Andrew would be with someone so opposite of her – it’s really caught her off guard.”

However, Gossip Cop debunked the report, calling the story "inaccurate."

While it is unclear if Ora and Garfield are dating, the story about Stone's reaction to the alleged romance remains false. Last week, Ora was spotted heading into a West Hollywood hotel with ex-boyfriend Andrew Watt, from whom she split in September after a year of dating.

According to Gossip Cop, despite the 2015 split, Stone and Garfield remained close friends. In May, the duo was spotted together enjoying a friendly dinner at a restaurant in the West Village, in New York City.

“They never stopped caring about each other,” a source who knows Stone told People magazine last summer. “Even when they split, Emma and Andrew had great love and respect for each other.”

Stone and Garfield were also spotted together in London in August 2016, and they praised each other during that year’s awards season.

This is not the first time false rumors have surfaced about Stone. In March, NW magazine claimed the "La La Land" actress was involved romantically with Justin Theroux. However, this report was also false as the two, who co-star together in the new Netflix series “Maniac,” are just friends and colleagues.
