Reba McEntire had some good news and some bad news for her fans on Monday. Hours before a report surfaced that she'd be separating from her husband, McEntire announced she's releasing new music on Wednesday after dropping a clue on Twitter with a picture if her in a taxi.

Despite the good news of new music, McEntire will be separating from her husband Narvel Blackstock after 26 years of marriage, according to People. Despite the separation, the two will continue to work with each other as Blackstock is McEntire's manager.

A representative released a statement for the former couple saying they will continue to support each other despite the end of their marriage. “They have worked together for 35 years and will continue to do so. They have asked that you respect their privacy during this time.”

McEntire and Blackstock have one son, Shelby Blackstock, who is a race car driver.

The 60-year-old country singer last released new music in April with her album “Love Somebody,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums and No.3 on the Billboard 200. It featured the single “Going Out Like That.” McEntire has had a No.1 record in each of the last four decades.

McEntire has also made a name for herself through her acting after starring in the sitcom “Reba” which aired from 2001-2007. She recently appeared on the ABC show “Malibu Country,” which was canceled after one season in May 2013.
