"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Joe Giudice may be living in Italy for the time being, but his deportation case continues to cause problems for the reality star.

According to RadarOnline, Joe is "begging" the Third Circuit Court to give him the opportunity to present his oral argument in his ongoing deportation appeal. Additionally, court documents filed on Tuesday illustrate that he believes giving his side of the case in such a way is a "necessary" step in his appeal.

This request comes after Joe's lawyers were notified on Nov. 7 that an official decision in the matter would come without hearing an oral argument from Joe.

This new development comes after a lengthy legal battle regarding Joe's status. After serving a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud, he was sent to a facility to remain in ICE's custody until a decision could be reached regarding his deportation. However, due to the "horrible conditions" that he reportedly had to endure while being held, he requested the chance to go back to Italy until his case ended.

This wish was granted in October and the "RHONJ" star was allowed to leave the country until further notice. After returning to Italy, his wife, Teresa Giudice, and their daughters visited the country and filmed a recent episode of the Bravo show. This decision reportedly gave Teresa a "huge paycheck."

At this time, it remains unclear when an official decision will be reached in his deportation case.
