Fall Harvest is finally here, and Hallmark is starting their 2021 event for all things Autumn off with a big premiere. Kicking off the newest slate of films is “Roadhouse Romance,” starring Lauren Alaina and Tyler Hynes.

Fans are certainly sure to recognize Hynes, who has become a staple for Hallmark in recent years. His films have included “Falling For You,” “It’s Christmas, Eve,” “Flip That Romance,” “Wedding March 5: My Boyfriend’s Back,” “The Mistletoe Secret,” “Winter In Vail,” “On The 12th Date Of Christmas,” “It Was Always You” and “Sweet Carolina.”

However, Alaina will be a treat for fans, as she hasn’t done a lot of acting—and this will also mark her first-ever Hallmark film. Country music fans are familiar with her of course, as well as her several hit songs, including “What Ifs,” “Like My Mother Does,” “What Do You Think Of,” “One Beer,” “Road Less Traveled” and “The Other Side.”

So what will happen in this film?

“Lieutenant Callie Jackson (Alaina) arrives home from her tour of duty and must come to terms with everything that’s changed while she was away, especially at her family’s iconic BBQ establishment, Tucker’s Roadhouse,” a synopsis reads. “She is determined to continue her late grandfather’s legacy at the Roadhouse, which has always been a destination for great food and discovering new country music talent.”

Callie quickly begins to busy herself with helping out to prepare for the restaurant’s fall festival, especially as she also tries searching for her late grandfather’s special barbecue sauce recipe. However, when someone new arrives in town who could help her realize her own potential outside of the Roadhouse, she will start to wonder what the best move is for her future.

“After a chance run-in with TV director Luke (Hynes), who is passing through town, he helps Callie determine what is worth hanging on to and when it’s time to let go,” the synopsis reads.

“Roadhouse Romance” premieres Saturday, Sept. 11 at 9 p.m. EDT on Hallmark Channel.
