Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are known for their frequent messy break ups, but since ending their relationship, it seems like things have gotten even more dramatic between the two.

On Wednesday, TMZ reported that Kardashian filed a lawsuit against the mother of his child for assaulting him during the course of their relationship. In court documents, the Arthur George sock designer accused Chyna of attacking him while she was high on drugs and alcohol.

Kardashian’s lawsuit, which is suing Chyna for assault, battery and vandalism, is based off of an incident that took place in December 2016, while the couple was residing in one of Kylie Jenner’s homes. The “Rob & Chyna” star accused the mother of his child of attempting to choke him with an iPhone charging cable. The star allegedly went on to strike the 30-year-old in the head and face.

Chyna then trashed the home they were renting by destroying several items including a TV, a door and walls, totaling more than $100,000 in damages. Kardashian also accused the Instagram model of continuing to attack him when he attempted to flee the home and get away from her.

While making his way to his car, the Lashed Bar owner threw a chair at his Bentley and hit him with a metal rod. Kardashian blames Chyna’s violent behavior as one of the reasons why E! canceled their reality show, where she earned $92,500 per episode.

Prior to reports that Kardashian was suing his ex, Chyna’s lawyer Lisa Bloom hinted that her client was preparing for another legal battle. On Tuesday, Bloom shared a tweet featuring a photo of herself with Chyna, along with a warning.

“Do NOT disrespect my client. I got your back, @BlacChyna. Stay tuned for chapter 2, y’all,” she wrote.

A day later, Bloom shared another tweet explaining why she chose to take Chyna on as a client. “Slut shaming is cruel and damaging, and I am proud to join @BlacChyna in standing against it. That’s what White v. Kardashian is all about,” she wrote.

Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, first hired Bloom as her attorney when Kardashian posted revenge porn photos of her online during their very public fight.

In July, Kardashian accused Chyna of cheating on him, and stated that she spent her free time with various men, rather than caring for their daughter, Dream. During the course of the social media feud, Kardashian accused Chyna of having a drug problem, released several nude photos of her and revealed that he has paid for multiple plastic surgery procedures.

In return, Chyna accused him of being physically abusive to her and requested a restraining order. She also filed documents revealing that she was scared of her ex because he “threatened to kill himself multiple times in text messages since we broke up in December 2016, trying to manipulate me to respond to his outbursts.”

“I take his threats seriously because he showed me his gun at his house,” she stated.

While Kardashian and Chyna seemed to have worked out a civil arrangement when it comes to custody of their daughter, it is clear that hammering out all of the issues they have with one another won’t be an easy or pleasant process.
