Kate Middleton is not yet at St. Mary’s Hospital -- but fans of the royal baby already are waiting! Royal supporters are gathering outside Lindo Wing of the hospital in the Paddington area of London to prepare for the Duchess of Cambridge's and Prince William’s second child.

As previously reported, the streets around the hospital already have been roped off to accommodate the royal family when Kate goes into labor. Although the official due date has not been announced, parking restrictions have been put in place until April 30.

While fans are lined up, the press has to wait. Hello Magazine reported media will be unable to stand outside of Lindo Wing until the Duchess of Cambridge goes into labor. The rule is new and reportedly put in place due to the frenzy that occurred prior to Prince George’s birth in 2013.

Kate Middleton was last spotted in Buckleberry during the weekend, Us Weekly reported. The Duchess and Prince George visited with family and enjoyed time outdoors. Meanwhile, Prince William started his paternity leave. Kensington Palace announced he will be taking an unpaid paternity leave from his ambulance pilot training. He’s expected to return to work June 1.
