Queen Helena (Elizabeth Hurley) is facing a lot of heavy accusations in the upcoming episode of “The Royals” Season 2. After Prince Liam (William Moseley) discovers the real meaning behind Domino, he suspects that his mother might be a murderer. Meanwhile, King Cyrus (Jake Maskall) also thinks that Helena can resort to murder, in order to protect her crown. [Warning: Spoiler Alert]

After some explosive revelations in the previous episode, “The Royals” Episode 8 seeks more answers. In the trailer shared by E! Online, Princess Eleanor (Alexandra Park), and her brother, Prince Liam, are seen confronting their mother about Domino. After learning about King Simon’s deceased girlfriend, the twins are convinced that their mother murdered her to get to the throne.

“That’s not true!” Helena says, when Eleanor accuses her of killing Domino. Her kids are not the only ones who are convinced that the Queen is capable of murder either. In another scene, King Cyrus is seen telling Ted Pryce that he’s certain that Helena could kill to protect her position in the monarchy. It is unclear if he is also talking about what happened to Domino, or if his accusations are related to the disappearance of his girlfriend, Violet. She went missing in the previous episode, just before Cyrus went on air to make a public address.

Meanwhile, Ted is still neck deep in the issue about King Simon’s death. Domino’s brother has accused him of killing the late King, and he has neither confirmed nor denied the accusation. In the video, he is seen telling Prince Liam that his father would have wanted him to know the truth. It remains to be seen what he will tell the Prince, and if he really has something to do with the former King’s death.

“This place is built on blood,” says Cyrus. He speaks truthfully, both for his fictional monarchy in the series, as well as for real monarchies around the world. The violence, intrigue and scandal continue to heat up on Season 2 of the E! original scripted series.
