Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams bought a family-sized home ahead of their wedding.

Hyland and Adams are among the couples who were forced to put their big day on hold amid the pandemic. But no one could stop the celebrity couple from acquiring their dream home.

Just recently, the “Modern Family” star and her fiancé acquired a lavish, family-sized estate in the Studio City neighborhood in Los Angeles. According to Variety, the well-gated mansion cost nearly $4 million.

It has five spacious bedrooms and a total of 6.5 baths in its 6,000 square feet living space.

It also features a fireplace-equipped living room with built-in bookcase and vaulted ceiling. It has a glassy walk-in wine closet, a formal dining room, and an eat-in-kitchen with a Subaru-sized center island and a full accoutrement of luxury stainless appliances.

Hyland and Adams’ new home has a soundproof movie theater, too, with stadium-style seats. The master suits has a fireplace with a marble-flooded bathroom and private deck.

In the backyard, one can find the outdoor kitchen and a spacious terrace for large gatherings. There is also a large pool with an inset spa and an adjacent poolhouse that could be converted into a potential guest quarters or a private office.

The house was built in 2018. It’s multiple window design gives it a “modern farmhouse” style. It has wide-plank hardwood floors and an open floorplan. That same year, it was sold for $3.55 million to a businessman who flipped it barely a year to Hyland and walked away with $370,000 profit.

Besides the property, Hyland owns two other residences in Los Angeles. The place where she currently stays with Adams is located in the pricey neighborhood of Valley Village. It has five bedrooms and a swimming pool. Hyland also owns the $715,000 Studio City bungalow she acquired in 2013.

Adams appeared on JoJo Fletcher’s season of “The Bachelorette.” Apparently, Fletcher didn’t choose him and Hyland was thankful for it.

In March, Hyland tagged Fletcher in a comment on Instagram to thank her for dumping Adams.

“I think it allllll worked out perfectlyyyyyy,” Fletcher responded with a heart emoji before adding, “Love u guys!”

Hyland and Adams announced their engagement in July 2019.
