Selena Gomez has been one of the few celebrities who does not shy away from showing gratitude towards her fans for making her one of the leading pop singers in the world right now. The songstress has come out once again to thank her fans before the release of her new album “Rare.”

Talking in an interview with streaming giant Spotify, the 27-year-old musician opened up about the special bond she shares with her followers and revealed that the journey she has gone through with her fans is something she will never forget and that is the reason she loves them so much.

The “Good For You” hitmaker also explained some of the heartbreaking conversations she’s had with people who are “suffering” so much in their lives.

“I love them (fans) because it has really been about the journey and I feel like I have grown up with a lot of people. The most heartbreaking conversations are where they are just telling me they are suffering,” Gomez said.

Gomez continuously keeps on encouraging young boys and girls to be what they are because she has seen many people of her age trying to be someone they are not and are getting “demolished by an image that they are trying to chase.”

The “Lose You To Love Me” hitmaker concluded by explaining that she is trying to make the world a better place with her music and also wants to let people know that they deserve all the greats things in life. The singer got really emotional at that exact moment, fighting hard to hold back her tears.

“I would just say you're beautiful, you are exactly where you are meant to be whatever that looks like even if it's so hard. You are worth it and you always have to choose yourself. I love them very much," Gomez said.

Her comments came just 24 hours after she admitted how close Taylor Swift remained when she was experiencing so many issues like her depleting mental health and physical health, her battle against lupus and her nasty breakup with Justin Bieber.

Gomez also expressed her gratitude towards Swift for showing up every time she needed her. The “We Don’t Talk Anymore” singer confessed that the “Shake It Off” hitmaker is one of the best people in her life.
