The moment has finally arrived. Reza Farahan and Mercedes "MJ" Javid meet face-to-face -- though things don't go quite as planned.

In a clip of Friday's episode of "Shahs of Sunset" on Bravo, the gang is shown having a good time at a pool party, that is until MJ shows up. Her surprise pop-up startles everyone, including her childhood friend Reza, who she is currently feuding with.

"I'm not at a place where I'm ready to talk to MJ," Reza admits during a confessional after the camera shows him exiting the party. "All of that betrayal is all in my heart and right here [pointing to his neck]. I need a little time to process [expletive]."

"She could've texted me and said, 'I'm really sorry that I sent that queen for you, to come and get you…'" says Reza, explaining to co-star Nema Vand why he was leaving.

As it turns out, Nema was the one who invited MJ in an attempt to help the two settle their differences. While he seemed to have good intentions, not everyone else thinks so.

"Honestly, Nema, you rolling in with her says a lot right now, bro," Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi chimes in. "That's just as [expletive] up for you to do that and not tell everybody."

"How is ambushing a bunch of people being peaceful?" GG asks.

Meanwhile, back inside the party, MJ is having a field day reacting to Reza storming off.

"That [expletive] just ran like the [expletive] that he is, didn’t he?" she says. "Yeah! I wonder why. 'Cause he's scared?"

Fans of the show know that the squabble between Reza and MJ is a bit complicated but was recently triggered when a rumor went around about Reza's husband, Adam. The rumor, first shared by Ali Ashouri, was suspected to be egged-on by MJ. So, it was a major cliffhanger for the sneak peek to end with fellow "Shahs of Sunset" star Mike Shouhed asking MJ, "Did you instigate [expletive] between him and Ali?"

Unfortunately, that's where the story ends -- for now.

"Shahs of Sunset" airs Fridays at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
