Lori Harvey hasn't exactly had the best few weeks. Fresh off of a reported breakup from Diddy, she was arrested for a hit-and-run in Beverly Hills.

Lori flipped her Mercedes SUV on Sunday, Oct. 20, after she crashed into another vehicle. The force of the crash was so intense that her SUV rolled and the other driver had to pull her from the vehicle. Lori then attempted to flee. However, the police arrived on the scene and stopped her. According to an eye witness (per OK! Magazine), the accident was allegedly due to the 22-year-old's texting and driving.

Lori Facetimed her famous father, Steve Harvey, before being arrested for a misdemeanor hit-and-run and delaying a police investigation.

"She was arrested for the two charges and released on scene, not booked," the Beverly Hills Police Department told Radar Online. "She identified herself properly and signed a written promise to appear in court."

As previously mentioned, the accident comes days after she reportedly split from rapper and hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs. The two were linked throughout the summer, but their summer fling has apparently fizzled out.

"Him and Lori had a fun fling but Diddy is still healing and focusing on himself right now," an insider told E! News. "He is not ready to be in a long-term committed relationship and is focusing on his kids right now."
