Are Tamar Braxton and Toya Wright feuding?

Wright, who has been friends with Braxton for years, reportedly hinted in her in book “In My Words… My Reality” that she was banned from appearing on the talk show “The Real” when Braxton was still a co-host.

Wright reportedly wrote that she was never able to appear on the show while her friend was still a part of it, but her publicist got her a stint easily after the friend was fired. Wright added that she and her friend did not discuss details of the friend’s exit and that they have ceased to communicate.

Wright recently appeared on the third season of “The Real.” Shortly after her appearance, Braxton reportedly unfollowed her on Instagram. Braxton also unfollowed her friend Monica, who also appeared as a guest on the show. The singer, however, refuted the rumors that she unfollowed them because they appeared on her former show. She said it was simply because they “post too much.”

Even though Wright did not name the friend in her book, many assumed that it was Braxton. The “Calling All Lovers” singer did not comment directly on the issue, but she did post a lengthy message on Instagram about cutting ties from people who “desired to take your life or wanted to live your life.” In the post, Braxton also said that she has never “kicked anyone out of my life” and that those who used to be part of her circle were the ones who walked out.

Braxton was fired from “The Real” before the third season of the show started. The singer said in an interview with Steve Harvey that she was blindsided and was told at the last minute that she will no longer return to the show. Despite getting booted off the talk show, Braxton can still be seen on TV via her reality shows “Tamar and Vince” and “Braxton Family Values.”
