Tuesday, May 7 marks Teacher Appreciation Day 2019 and all of the hard-working educators out there can take advantage of some serious discounts that are being offered in their honor.

Here’s where to go if you’re a teacher who wants to get some great freebies and discounted items.

RESTAURANTS:

  • Bruegger’s Bagels: All teachers, faculty and staff with a valid ID will receive a free medium coffee with any purchase from May 6-10. In addition, those who wish to cater for teachers can receive $10 off an order of $75 or more with a coupon.
  • Chipotle: On May 7, from 3 p.m. to close, any teacher with a valid ID can get one entrée for free after purchasing another. The offer is good on burrito bowls, salads and tacos, so there’s no limit to the possibilities.
  • Cici’s Pizza: On Tuesday only, Teachers with a coupon can receive a free unlimited entry to the buffet.
  • Duffy’s Sports Grill: Show a faculty ID badge at any location this week and get a $10 bonus uploaded to your MVP account.
  • Grimaldi’s Pizzeria: Students who want to honor their favorite teacher can enter a contest on their website to earn a pizza party for their teacher and class.
  • Jeremiah’s Italian Ices: With proper ID, those who head over on May 7 can get a free small sized menu item.
  • Nando’s PERi-PERi: According to a press release, teachers who dine at select locations will receive a free ¼ chicken entrée with ID.
  • PDQ: Those dining at PDQ on Tuesday can get 50 percent off on a meal with valid ID.
  • Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers: From 6-9 p.m. at participating locations, educators with a valid ID can get a free Box Combo.
  • Salata Salad Kitchen: On May 10, teachers can buy one salad or wrap and get an additional one for free.

STORES AND ONLINE:

  • Apple: Teachers can receive special pricing and discounts on various Apple products through the company’s Education Pricing Program.
  • Banana Republic: Take 15 percent off of an in-store purchase with this coupon.
  • Barnes & Noble: Sign up for B&N Educators and receive 20 percent off the publishers’ list price for all classroom books, and up to 25 percent off during special Educator Appreciation Days.
  • Costco: Sign up for a new membership at Costco and receive over $60 in savings.
  • Crayola: Teachers can save up to 15% sitewide on Crayola.com. The company has also curated a Teacher Gift Page for the students who want to share a token of their appreciation to their favorite educator as well.
  • Lenovo: Save up to 20 percent on select Think brand products and 15 percent on Idea products.
  • LOFT: Show a valid ID in stores to receive an additional 15 percent off any purchase.
  • West Elm: Sign up with a .edu email account to receive 15 percent off purchases.
