Jenelle Evans is determined to take down all of her detractors, even if they include her own flesh and blood. The “Teen Mom 2” star has decided to issue a legal warning against her mother, Barbara Evans, claiming that the latter has done some grave things to her.

Just hours after MTV stars Chelsea Houska and Kailyn Lowry revealed on social media that they received a cease and desist letter from Jenelle, Barbara took to Instagram to disclose that she also received the same legal document from her daughter. “Well Girls I’m joining the group!!!!!! I also got my Cease and Desist Papers today. From Mr and Mrs Eason,” Barbara wrote Monday night, according to Us Weekly.

In the copy of the court documents obtained by gossip site Radar Online, it is stated that Jenelle is alleging that her own mother has made false statements against her. Jenelle particularly indicated in the letter that Barbara has spilled some lies about her alleged drug and child abuse issues. Jenelle is also accusing her mother of using “bad language” against her.

Barbara has since maintained that she never came up with false statements about her daughter. “I got one of the letters in the mail today. I don’t say anything that isn’t true. I don’t make up stuff. I think it is comical myself,” Barbara told Radar. “My lawyer said, ‘What is this? Oh, my god. They are crazy.’”

As previously reported, Houska and Lowry were taken aback at the start of this week when they received cease and desist letters from their “Teen Mom 2” co-star. Jenelle is accusing them of “defamation of character, libel and slander,” and she’s also claiming that her co-stars have made “false and defamatory statements” against her and her husband, David Eason.

Jenelle’s legal order against Houska and Lowry do not really come as a surprise, for she has had a very rocky relationship with the other stars of the MTV reality series. Jenelle has even accused the other two of spreading lies about her in the past.

As for Leah Messer, she revealed via Twitter on Tuesday that Jenelle has also targeted her via text messages. Messer, however, did not receive a legal warning from her co-star, as pointed out by Perez Hilton.
