Takemichi Hanagaki challenges Masataka Kiyomizu for the king vs. slave battle in "Tokyo Revengers" Episode 3. Takemichi, who remains battered and wounded, asks Masataka to fight him instead of going after Takuya Yamamoto. The new episode is called "Resolve."

The official website released the synopsis and spoiler stills for "Tokyo Revengers" Episode 3. Masataka is hellbent on fighting Takuya, who is extremely weak.

In order to save Takuya, Takemichi is willing to fight the extremely powerful opponent.

The synopsis teases Takemichi is no match against Masataka who continues to relentlessly pound the former to a pulp.

However, for some reason, Takemichi stands tall and continues to challenge Masataka who at this point is frustrated. It is likely Masataka will increase the intensity of his attacks.

Later, in "Tokyo Revengers" Episode 3, Manjiro Sano (also known as Mikey), the president of the Tokyo Manji Gang, and Ken Ryuguji (also known as Draken), vice president of the gang arrive at the fight scene.

In the last episode, Naoto Tachibana explains to Takemichi that he needs to travel back in time and meet two powerful members of the Tokyo Manji Gang namely Manjiro and Tetta Kisaki.

Naoto explains if these two members never meet each other, the gang will cease to exist, ultimately saving Hinata Tachibana’s life.

Takemichi and Naoto shake hands and the former finds himself in the middle of a fight. He checks his phone to confirm if he time-traveled.

In the past timeline, Takemichi participates in an illegal street fight featuring Mastaka’s gang. During the episode, Takemichi also meets Hinata for the first time and vows to save her life.
