A game collection apparently called "Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy," complete with game titles and some DLC packs, surfaced on the official Microsoft Store and was immediately removed earlier today.

ResetEra spotted the official Microsoft Store listing "Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy." It describes the collection as "the complete edition of the award-winning Tomb Raider origin games." The listing contains "Tomb Raider," "Rise of the Tomb Raider" and"Shadow of the Tomb Raider" along with all of each game's downloadable contents.

It also noted that the game collection is set to release on March 18, 2021. “With all the definitive edition content from each game, this Trilogy promises dozens of hours of breathtaking exploration, challenging puzzle-solving, and survival combat with Lara as she becomes the Tomb Raider she was destined to become,” the Microsoft Store noted.

Interestingly, while the games feature 4K Ultra HD and HDR10 compatibility, the listing did not mention any next-generation console enhancements like new features and better graphics. The collection has not yet been officially announced. However, it should not come as a surprise to many fans.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the "Tomb Raider" franchise. Some fans believe that the game could release this year to commemorate its long years in the gaming industry. Square Enix earlier launched a website detailing the history of the series and hinted at "franchise announcements" happening later in 2021, one of which could be the "Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy" collection.

In a recent video detailing its plans for the franchise's 25th anniversary, Crystal Dynamics mentioned that the next video game adventure of Lara Croft would "unify" the timelines of the original "Tomb Raider" games and its own reboot trilogy. Crystal Dynamics' Tomb Raider Franchise Game Director Will Kerslake said that “We’ve got big ambitions for the future of Tomb Raider.”

He added that “Our origin trilogy back in 2013 told the story of Lara’s early days when she was forged into a survivor, became a hero and ultimately the Tomb Raider." As of press time, the "Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy" listing is no longer available on the Microsoft Store.
