Cinemark Holdings Inc. (CNK) shares surged 3.91 percent to $22.85 in aftermarket session. The company will replace NSTAR (NST) in the S&P MidCap 400 index after the close of trading Monday, April 9. Analysts'' at Wedbush raised price target on shares of CNK to $24.00 from $22.00.

Constellation Brands Inc. (STZ) shares surged 3.28 percent to $25.50 in post market session. The company is expected to report fourth quarter net profit of $0.38 per share before the opening bell Thursday.

E-Commerce China Dangdang Inc. (DANG) shares advanced 2.6 percent to $9.46 in post market trading. The company stock climbed more than 6 percent in regular trading session.

Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (RT) shares slumped 12.05 percent to $7.81 in aftermarket session. Its third quarter net profit plunged to $4.5 million or $0.07 per share from $16 million or $0.25 per share in the same period a year-earlier. Revenue rose to $324.8 million from $319 million last year but fell short of analysts'' estimation of $339.03 million.

For the fiscal 2012, the company currently expects adjusted earnings to be in a range of $0.43 to $0.48 per share, down from its prior estimation of $0.55 to $0.65 per share, while analysts' expect net profit of $0.56 per share.

McClatchy Co. (MNI) shares plunged 3.96 percent to a $2.67 in aftermarket session.
