A federal judge has ruled that Olivet University's defamation lawsuit against Newsweek reporter Alex Rouhandeh may proceed, citing false claims and possible involvement in an alleged T-Visa conspiracy to fabricate human trafficking allegations.

Olivet University, a respected Christian college, firmly denies false claims of confinement and forced labor, attributing the allegations to an alleged mastermind.
