Troian Bellisario and Tom Felton play the roles of twins in the upcoming movie, “Feed.”

In the teaser, Felton’s Matt gushes over Bellisario’s Olivia at a house party. It’s obvious that the two characters have a very close relationship with each other. The clips also shows a flashback from when Matt and Olivia were still kids and playing on top of the tree.

At one point, Matt and Olivia are in the car talking about how the latter should loosen up. Olivia tells Matt that she can’t survive without him, but then a tragedy strikes that separates the twins. Olivia recovers from the accident, but Matt doesn’t make it so the former is forced to figure out a way how to live her own life.

“Feed” was written and produced by the “Pretty Little Liars” star. The story is based on her personal struggle with anorexia. Word about “Feed” first circulated online in 2015 when Deadline reported Felton and Ben Winchell’s casting. Production for “Feed” began on Nov. 9 of the same year.

Bellisario also opened up about the project during an interview with Rotten Tomatoes and explained how “Feed” was related to her real-life experiences. “I sat down and I wrote a version of my own story. It’s not the exact events, but what I wanted to do with the film was get the audience to understand what it sounds like and what it feels like to be struggling with that illness. I struggled with anorexia for many years and one of the most difficult things about that was it was very tough for me to explain to my family and friends why it was so hard for me to disengage with that,” she said.

The Freeform actress went on to say that anorexia is not a disease that can be seen by the naked eye. It’s more of a disease where a person can hear voices in her head telling her not to eat. “I’m really, really proud of it. I’m excited to share it with people,” she said in reference to the film.
