President Donald Trump headed to Philadelphia Thursday to address a group of congressional Republicans during a GOP retreat alongside Vice President Mike Pence and British Prime Minister Theresa May. The Republicans anticipated mapping out their agenda for the year with the guidance of the party’s new leaders.

Trump was expected to focus heavily on healthcare reform and tax reform, according to Politico. His speech planned to emphasize an “aggressive agenda” and “landmark legislation” like that of the many executive orders he has signed in recent days. Trump has already signed legislation rolling back Obamacare, proceeding with the construction of two controversial pipelines, authorizing a border wall between the U.S. and Mexico and implementing restrictions on abortion funding overseas.

“I’m just so excited we finally have a chance to do this because we have the House and Senate and a president who is with us,” House Speaker Paul Ryan told MSNBC Wednesday about Trump’s plans to revamp the tax system.

Vice President Mike Pence is expected to make a speech, as well. “You can expect to hear the vice president talk about the excitement about the president’s agenda moving forward, the rapid pace of actions already being taken by President Trump in his first week in office and the American people’s strong appetite for getting things done in Washington,” Marc Lotter, Pence’s press secretary, told Politico.

May planned to emphasize a strong relationship between the U.S. and the U.K, according to CNN.

Trump’s speech was scheduled to air at 12 p.m. EST and can be streamed live on C-SPAN here. Pence’s address will follow at 2 p.m. EST and can be streamed live on C-SPAN here. May will conclude with a speech at 3:30 p.m. EST and her remarks can also be streamed live on C-SPAN here.
