While rumors are swirling about Kendall Jenner and Kyle Kuzma dating, the pair seem to be nothing more than friends. The pair was spotted over the Fourth of July holiday on a yacht in Malibu, but it seems that there is more to the story then a rendezvous between the not-so-together couple.

According to a source for TMZ, Jenner and the Lakers basketball player were spending some time with friends aboard the yacht with as many as 20 people were involved in the trip.

A source for Hollywood Life said, “Kendall is very happy being single and Kyle Kuzma is nothing more than just a friend.

“She really thinks that he is a nice guy, but they don’t have any romantic sparks going on, and you won’t be seeing them in a relationship. There isn’t anything more with them, its just all friendly,” the source added.

Jenner broke up with 76ers basketball player Ben Simmons in May, and the majority of the passengers aboard the yacht were her girlfriends with only a few guys in attendance, TMZ reported.

In addition, Simmons was quick to like a social media photo of Jenner in front of a Proactiv Paint Positivity mural, which may indicate that the ex-couple is friendly and could actually get back together when the time is right, according to Hollywood Life.

Despite, Jenner and Kuzma being spotted at the same house party, once they docked the yacht, the holiday weekend seems to be nothing more than friends having a good time together.

Following the Malibu trip, Jenner reportedly took off to Greece without Kuzma in tow.
