Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) superstars such as Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov are usually in the news for their arrogant behavior.

In 2016 when McGregor was hitting a peak in his career, he gave a memorable gift to a fan. In a sweet gesture, the former UFC champion crashed into a fan’s apartment leaving the latter stunned and utterly surprised.

McGregor was scheduled to fight Nate Diaz at UFC 196 and hence, the superstar was out for training. Following the session, McGregor decided to go for a drive with his wife and crew. On the way, McGregor caught the attention of a man holding his cardboard cut-out and screaming, "Conor, you’re the man.” The fan was reportedly standing in his apartment balcony.

Very touched with the gesture, Conor responded to the fan, from his car, saying he will visit his house the following day.

The featherweight and lightweight champion indeed kept his promise when he visited the fan the next day. The UFC fighter was overwhelmed seeing the house full of Ireland flags and McGregor souvenirs.

As McGregor spoke to the fan and expressed his appreciation, the excited fan broke into tears, of course, happy tears. The UFC star sure acknowledges every support he receives and never takes his fans for granted.

“I use the supports a motivation, so, I am extremely grateful for the fans,” said Conor McGregor in a recent interview.

After losing to Khabib last October, McGregor has not made an Octagon appearance. In fact, following the loss, McGregor announced his retirement from UFC and began concentrating on a business venture. However, his passion for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and requests from several fans across the globe have forced McGregor to come out of retirement.

There were rumors that the Irishman wanted to return to the Octagon in December but the UFC failed to accommodate him in their schedule. With the New Year kick-started, McGregor’s new phase in the UFC is about to unfold. He is set to make his UFC comeback later this month. The Notorious is set to face Donald Cerrone in the main event of UFC 246 on Jan. 18 in Las Vegas.
