An island-size UFO was reportedly spotted rising out from the Pacific Ocean for seven hours by a self-proclaimed UFO expert. However, there is no proof supporting his claim.

According to Express, Scott C. Waring, a supposed UFO expert who frequently uploads videos and images which he claims to be proof of extraterrestrial life, claimed to have seen an alien spaceship in footage by a satellite called NOAH. The video reportedly appears to show a giant triangular spaceship rising from the Pacific Ocean for around seven hours.

"As you see from the video below, this dark triangle rose up from the ocean and hovered for seven full hours before disappearing," Waring wrote on his site ufosightingsdaily.com.

He then proceeded to explain the reason why the alien spacecraft stayed for seven hours. “The ship cannot enter space when water is still on the ship or it will disrupt their electrical shields and could compromise the ships outer hull if it freezes in space,” Waring said. “Imagine a ship traveling at the speed of light...can you imagine how cold that water would get on the outer hull and how it could throw off navigation too?"

“Yeah, so the giant ship waited for the water to drain off of it. Must have been as big as an island.” Waring added.

The footage from YouTube had quickly gained thousands of views and soon received many comments.

“I think what is most concerning to me is the size of that anomaly. I went on google earth and matched the radar image and that anomaly is approx. 900-1000km long. Yikes (sic),” Richard Roberts commented on the footage.

“Triangles really seem to be the shape of choice for unusual Arial phenomena lately, it's uncanny, and some of them are huge, like the one in this video (sic),” another YouTube user commented.

“It's a visual glitch. If this is a real object, the size should be simply impossible. ” netizen Valentin Bozhilov wrote on the comments section.
