It looks like the honeymoon phase is over for "Vanderpump Rules" stars Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright. After just two months of marriage, Jax has been pictured multiple times out and about without his new piece of bling, a.k.a. his wedding ring.

The 40-year-old reality star was spotted ringless on Aug. 23 and 27, and although he may make things look picture perfect on Instagram, an insider revealed that the newlyweds aren't exactly getting along lately.

"Jax and Brittany have been fighting on and off," the source told Radar Online. "Brittany wants him to wear his ring, but he doesn’t see the point in wearing it 24/7."

Jax's reasoning behind ditching his wedding ring doesn't exactly help his case either.

“He doesn’t want to feel labeled and branded he wants to still be Jax, even though he’s married,” the insider revealed. "Because Brittany still has trust issues, this bothers her and causes them to fight more.”

If Jax and Brittany are fighting over something as simple as a wedding ring, they should probably revisit their plans for the future. Shortly after their June 29 wedding, the couple shared their excitement about moving on to the next chapter of their lives and having kids.

“We cannot wait to start a family,” the 30-year-old bride said at the time.

Like all relationships, there are ups and downs, and Jax and Brittany's is no different. Fans of the "Vanderpump" couple watched them overcome lies, cheating scandals and more, so hopefully (for their marriage) the two will overcome this as well.
