As the ramps of the 10-mile stretch of Interstate 405 freeway closed down on Friday evening, daily commuters are awaiting the opening of the freeway.

However, Taiwan-based Next Media Animation, which was known for its animation on the Tiger Woods Scandal, has produced a minute-long video showing the effects and after effects of 'Carmageddon'.

The video with English sub-titles shows drivers getting angry over the stagnant traffic on the freeway, honking horns, using their smartphones to tweet about LAPD. It also shows the marketing stunt of JetBlue Airways which offers $4 flight between Burbank and Long Beach.
