This 'Walking Dead' Alum Was Just Arrested For Misdemeanor Assault And Battery

Vanessa Cloke, who played Anna in “The Walking Dead,” was arrested at her apartment in Orange County while her ex-boyfriend was moving out.

According to TMZ, police were originally present to “keep the peace” during the move but were forced to arrest the actress when they saw her assault someone.

The outlet got a hold of a video that was taken during this fiasco. In the video, you can hear Cloke crying and yelling at her ex, trying to win him back.

“This isn’t you,” she says.

The video also clearly hears the voices of those shooting it, allegedly his family, as they call Cloke a drama queen and even indicate she should be arrested.

Cloke then goes after the person recording and yells expletives at her before reportedly taking the phone away and throwing it off the balcony. Afterward, she was put into handcuffs, arrested and taken away.

“Finally,” the person recording said. “She’s finally getting arrested. Thank you, Jesus.”

She ended up being charged with misdemeanor assault and battery.

TMZ also got a hold of her mugshot where she is visibly still crying.

“Can you imagine what it takes to provoke a person to this point? (To person who took the video),” Cloke told the outlet. “’ Tis the season for exploiting and demeaning another human without the full story.”

People have since spoken out on Twitter and defended the actress, stating that even if she was wrong, it was also wrong for the incident to be recorded.

“Humans are so wack bro.. gotta [expletive] record things that is obviously personal and embarrassing for those involved in that situation. People should just mind their business sometimes,” someone tweeted.

“So let me get this straight, a woman is breaking up with her boyfriend and you chose to whip out your phone and record her most personal moment, not to mention heartbreaking,” another person said.

Cloke appeared on “The Walking Dead” during seasons six and seven. She has also had small roles in the Christian Bale led movie “Vice,” as well as “The Big Short,” starring Bale, Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling and Brad Pitt.
