Khloe Kardashian had a touching moment with her daughter, True, as she teaches her the importance of self-love. The video of the mother-daughter duo was posted to Instagram on Thursday and showed the 11-month old enjoying her own reflection in the mirror.

Khloe, recently broken up with Tristan Thompson, the father of True, after he cheated on her with Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods.

In her Instagram video, she teaches her daughter how much she should love herself. She said to True in the video, "Do you love yourself? Do you say, 'I am so beautiful?' Hey look, say, 'I am so happy! Yes, I love myself! I am so strong!' What else do you say in the mirror?"

Khloe’s mother, Kris Jenner, commented on the post by saying, "PRECIOUS GIRL!"

Khloe has been moving on from the breakup with Tristan, who she realizes was the blame for cheating. In a previous Twitter post, Khloe wrote, “…Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan's fault. I have to move on with my life & count my blessings, my family, my health, & my beautiful baby True.”
