What Caitlyn Jenner Really Thought About Kylie Jenner’s Pregnancy With Stormi Webster

Caitlyn Jenner was not thrilled when she learned her youngest child, Kylie Jenner, was pregnant.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” reality star welcomed her first child, Stormi Webster alongside boyfriend Travis Scott on Feb. 1, 2018. Although Kylie, who celebrated her 21st birthday last month, hid her pregnancy from the public until after she gave birth, she shared the exciting news with her closest friends and family. However, her father felt she should have held off on having a baby.

During an interview on the ITV show “Loose Women,” Caitlyn admitted she was conflicted about Kylie’s pregnancy announcement. “She’s always wanted to be a mom but when she called me up it was a bit tough for her ‘cause, obviously, she’s not been married,” the 68-year-old explained.

“But she wanted to start a family, she wanted to start it young,” the former “I Am Cait” star added.

Caitlyn told the hosts she had reservations about Kylie’s pregnancy due to her young age. “You’re better off waiting and there’s no rush. I had my first child at 29 and I kind of had everything done.”

However, the former athlete acknowledged that her daughter’s successful career has given her the financial freedom to raise a baby. “Fortunately, she’s in a position where she can have a child and the child will be well taken care of,” Caitlyn said.

Even though Caitlyn has been feuding with Kris Jenner and the Kardashian family, it appears her ex-wife also once shared concerns about Kylie becoming a mom. “When Kris sees Kylie and Travis together, she’s convinced they’re on the right path,” a source told Entertainment Tonight in August.

“At first she worried about Kylie starting a family so young because she felt she had no say. Kris knows Kylie does what Kylie wants, so Kris just had to hope for the best,” the insider explained.

Although “The Secrets of My Life” author voiced her concerned about Kylie’s lack of marriage, it may not be an issue for much longer. A source revealed the Kylie Cosmetics founder and “Astroworld” rapper have been talking about marriage, but want to make sure they take things slowly.

“Kylie and Travis have been inseparable lately, and their love for Stormi just seems to bring them closer every day,” said an insider.

While her parents had their doubts about her journey into motherhood, Kylie has reportedly been a hands-on mom and continues to share special moments with her baby girl with all of her followers.
