Scott Disick did not join the members of the Kardashian-Jenner family in Italy for his ex Kourtney Kardashian's wedding to Travis Barker this weekend and instead remained in California, a report says.

On Thursday, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum, 38, was spotted hitting up LAVO Ristorante in West Hollywood for dinner with Rod Stewart, his son Sean Stewart, daughter Kimberly Stewart and Rod's longtime love Penny Lancaster, E! News reported.

Disick "seemed in good spirits" as he and the Stewarts enjoyed tagliatelle limone with caviar and filet mignon, an unnamed eyewitness told the outlet.

The group was seen laughing and chatting outside the Italian restaurant. At one point, Disick was seen patting the "Forever Young" singer's back, according to the report.

Disick and Kimberly, 42, walked off together into his Sprinter van after the group left the eatery at around 11 p.m., photographers told E! News.

The pair previously sparked dating rumors in 2015 after they were spotted out multiple times following Disick's split from Kardashian that summer. However, Kimberly's mom, Alana Stewart, shut down rumors, saying that Disick was among her children's "oldest friends."

"They introduced Scott to Kourtney," Alana told People in September 2015. "I was there when it happened, so I can tell you they're all great pals."

"Scott and Kimberly and Sean are great friends, and they have been for many years, and Kimberly and Sean love Kourtney," she added.

Disick's three children with Kardashian, Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7, are all in Italy for their mom's wedding to the Blink-182 drummer.

The rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family are also in the country for the nuptials, which marked the third time that Kourtney and Barker walked down the aisle.

The Poosh founder and the musician officially tied the knot during a courthouse wedding in Santa Barbara, California, on May 15. The couple previously had a non-binding ceremony in April in Las Vegas after getting engaged in October 2021.

An unnamed source previously told Us Weekly that Disick found it "awkward" to be around Kourtney and Barker while filming the reality series "The Kardashians" and that he would "turn away" whenever the couple packed on PDA.

"It's embarrassing, and Travis and Kourtney act like no one's in the room whenever they're together. Scott's all about PDA but would never put any of his exes in such an awkward position," the source added.

Disick apparently wasn't the only one feeling uncomfortable as Reign and Penelope also asked their mom to minimize her public displays of affection with Barker in front of them.

"I am going to die. Ew, guys," Reign said on Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians." "Can you guys not kiss in French again? Could you guys please not French-kiss again?"

Disick, who has been linked to model Rebecca Donaldson since they were spotted holding hands in April, has been open about his feelings for Kourtney.

"It was a huge adjustment losing Kourtney romantically, but now, it has become a huge adjustment losing her as sort of a best friend," the Talentless founder revealed during the series premiere of "The Kardashians." "Now we are really more co-parents. I would say it is probably one of the more difficult things in my life."

The former couple dated on and off for 10 years before eventually ending their relationship for good in 2015.
