Glassdoor released its Best Places to Work list for 2022 on Wednesday, naming the top 10 large U.S. companies (defined as more than 1,000 employees) from all industries on its platform based on ratings from current and former employees.

In 2020, “the COVID-19 earthquake shook the economy” and the “aftershocks” continued into 2021, noted the company. Going into 2022, employees have expected more from their employers, shown by The Great Resignation and the struggling economy inching toward pre-pandemic levels.

Glassdoor noted that many technology companies made the list because of their “flexible work environments, consistent support throughout the pandemic and a focus on better pay, benefits and work-life balance.” Some of the top 10 in Glassdoor’s list for 2022 made the list for the past two years, including NVIDIA, HubSpot, Bain & Company, Google and lululemon.

According to the site's findings, the top 10 companies to work for this year are:

  4. eXp Realty
  5. Box
  6. Boston Consulting Group
