Comedian Rosie O’Donnell issued a frantic Twitter plea Tuesday when she revealed she didn’t know the location of her teenage daughter, Chelsea. But there’s someone who might know the teen's whereabouts -- her biological mother, Deanna Micoley, Radar Online wrote in an exclusive report.

Chelsea, now 17, was adopted in the late 1990s when she was an infant. Though O’Donnell cannot find her daughter, her biological mother thinks the teen might be traveling to Wisconsin, where Micoley lives. But as of this writing, Micoley hadn't yet seen her. In fact, Micoley said the last time she talked to Chelsea was Aug. 8.

“Rosie has said she wouldn’t be surprised if she came looking for me,” Micoley told Radar Online on Tuesday. “She said that when I first talked to Rosie, when Chelsea found me in November.”

O’Donnell and Micoley haven’t had the best relationship. For instance, Micoley said the comedian stole her daughter and claimed to have been was under the influence of heroin when she signed away her parental rights. “I believe Rosie O’Donnell knew that I was in no condition to sign away my parental rights to my daughter! She did the worst thing one woman can do to another woman -- take her child!” Micoley told the National Enquirer in 1997. However, O’Donnell’s representatives maintain the adoption was legal.

Currently, Micoley said she hasn’t heard from Chelsea since she apparently absconded. Micoley added she was upset O’Donnell didn’t tell her Chelsea was missing. “I’m afraid of who she’s with. I don’t know where she would have gone. Don’t know who she’s with or who her friends are. I’m very worried. Extremely worried,” she said. “Rosie should have been paying closer attention to my daughter.”

As per O’Donnell, anyone with information on Chelsea and her whereabouts is asked to contact authorities at 845-358-0206 or call 911. She is “in need of medical attention” and has not taken her medicine, the comedian wrote on her blog.
