Aaron Judge’s girlfriend Samantha Bracksieck has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor DUI charge eight months after she tried to use her famous boyfriend’s name to convince officers not to arrest her.

TMZ reported that Bracksieck was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona on Feb. 25, after cops pulled her over for driving with her headlights off. During her arrest, the 26-year-old revealed that she was coming from dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse and had a glass of wine during her meal.

Judge and Bracksieck have had an on and off relationship since the two attended high school together in northern California.

During her arrest, Bracksieck asked officers if they knew who her boyfriend was and revealed that he was a public figure.

Despite trying to use the 28-year-old’s fame to get out of the situation, Bracksieck was arrested and booked on five charges, including an extreme DUI, which means her blood alcohol content was somewhere between .15 and .19.

An attorney, who was not assigned to the case, previously told the NY Post than an extreme DUI charge comes with a mandatory minimum of 30 days in jail in Arizona.

TMZ reported that Bracksieck was able to negotiate a deal with prosecutors on Wednesday to plead guilty to a misdemeanor DUI so they would drop the other charges.

Bracksieck was sentenced to 10 days in jail but was credited for one day and nine were suspended. She has been ordered to pay over $2,000 in fines and fees and attend an alcohol abuse screening.
