Princess Charlotte has a doppelganger.

The 3-year-old royal is among the most popular kids today, and this gave young Scarlett Evered a chance to shine too. Evered, who is the same age as Prince William and Kate Middleton's only daughter, bears a striking resemblance to Prince George's younger sister.

Many people have apparently mistaken Evered as Prince George's sister to the point that she has developed her personal catchphrase, "I'm not Princess Charlotte - I'm Scarlett," according to The Sun.

Evered's mom, Victoria, confessed that her daughter sometimes gets confused between the royal and herself. "I always show her Princess Charlotte on the television and a couple of times she's thought it's actually her," Victoria told the publication. "When the royal baby was born she thought she was watching Simon who is the Prince William lookalike."

According to Evered's mom, the two girls don't exactly look the same, but the resemblance is undeniable. "Scarlett has got lighter hair and a different eye colour," Victoria explained.

"She’s not exactly the same but they definitely have some sort of resemblance," she continued. "Scarlett does like Princess Charlotte. She always looks at her dresses and what she’s wearing. I think she'd be happy to copy her clothes."

Victoria wanted her daughter to meet the fourth-in-line to the throne in the future. She added that Evered is loving the attention and that the little girl is the "princess in our family."

Evered is working with the Cambridge look-alikes and she in enjoying what she does. "They were in their dressing gowns being babysat by a Meghan Markle lookalike which got a lot of coverage in magazines and papers," Victoria said. "She was brilliant. She knows Hayden (Ursell) who plays Prince George really well and the other lookalikes are always really professional. It doesn't seem like she’s doing any work. She's just having fun."

In related news, Princess Charlotte always wears dresses because this gives her a clean and traditional look. The older royals, including Princess Anne, have been dressed this way.

"If you look at photos of young royal girls – from Princess Anne to Princess Charlotte, you will notice that they tend to wear smocked dresses as little girls when they are in public with their parents – getting dressed up in a clean, traditional look," Marlene Koenig told Hello Magazine.
