Jack Black is trending on Twitter after he joined several other celebrities in creating a TikTok account this month. The “Kung Fu Panda” actor’s first post involves him dancing shirtless by a pool while dressed in cowboy boots and a hat. After a fan shared the clip on Twitter, it spurred quite a reaction from other supporters.

Many were impressed with Black’s elaborate dance moves.

#OscarsSoWhite creator April Reign wrote: “Absolutely my favorite Jack Black performance of all time. And not for nothing, that kick at :05 was no joke.”

“Ok, that man can move! Thanks, Jack Black, for keeping us entertained while we're cooped up,” a fan added.

“Jack Black is 50+ years old, he is 50+ pounds overweight, and he has the grace and agility of a [20-year-old] ballerina ballet,” someone else commented. “He defies science and is a national treasure. He deserves a statue.”

While others just praised his existence and him joining the app overall. “Jack Black ended coronavirus,” "RuPaul's Drag Race" alum Adore Delano tweeted.

“Jack Black is on tik tok the world is saved,” another user wrote.

“Hi Jack Black, I want more of this please and could you incorporate the trampoline in your next routine?” one person said. “Thanks so much.”

Someone else tweeted: “My kids only know Jack Black as 'the girl from Jumanji' but they are loving that’s he’s on TikTok.”

Others were simply relieved he wasn’t trending for anything negative such as the coronavirus.

Another fan tweeted: “Me: oh god, why is Jack Black trending?! Jack Black: *saves the mother effing day* Me: oh thank god...#COVID19 #StayAtHome”

Other celebrities that have joined TikTok while practicing social distancing include Chris Brown, LaLa Anthony, Bella Hadid, Dove Cameron and Normani.
